Founder & Principal
Andrew Auchincloss Victor has been in the financial services industry for 25 years, providing counsel in the areas of Tax-efficient Income Planning, Tax-efficient Asset Planning, Wealth Transfer, Estate Planning, and Business Tax and Succession Planning.
For more than 20 years, Andrew has worked with financial advisors to present their clients, clients’ attorneys, and accountants with complex and comprehensive solutions through succinct yet actionable guidance.
Andrew’s consultative approach helps clients explore areas of opportunity in their financial plan to reduce or even eliminate unnecessary taxation. He’s created a proprietary wealth development and management model which has helped hundreds of clients secure a solid financial plan while going through the process of ‘Divorcing the IRS’.
Andrew graduated from Harvard in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Government with a focus on Economics. Andrew and his wife Sarah have two sons, Jacob and Jack, and enjoy playing golf and tennis.

Generational Wealth Strategist
Anson McDaniel brings more than 40 years of experience in financial services. He holds a Series 66 securities license, as well as licenses in life insurance, and property and casualty insurance. His passion lies in serving families through multi-generational legacy planning.
As a seasoned advisor, Anson plays a key role in integrating the Tactical Tax team’s deep bench of tax strategists, estate planners, and risk specialists to deliver comprehensive and highly personalized solutions to clients. His approach reflects both technical depth and relational warmth, shaped by decades of client engagement and his own lived experience in building family legacy.
Anson and Beth have been married 43 years with three children and nine Grandchildren (and counting…hopefully). He has had the rare and profound privilege of working alongside his son for over 23 years and more recently with his daughter as well—making legacy planning not just his profession, but his personal story.
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Court leads the firm’s growth strategy and revenue leadership, aligning marketing efforts with the real needs of Tactical Tax’s clients. He specializes in advising high-net-worth individuals, identifying strategic solutions to optimize their wealth and tax planning, while assisting our advisors to achieve impactful growth.
Court brings deep experience working alongside successful business owners and stakeholders, providing guidance that drives growth, strengthens revenue strategies, and helps architect enduring legacies for clients.
Financial Planner, Tax Mitigation Specialist
Dylan Mumm is a Financial Planner with extensive experience in the analysis of a wide array of financial positioning. An expert in the implementation of Structured Settlements, alternative assets, life insurance, and securities positioning, he has spent his career advising attorneys, advisors and their clients on the forecasting, implementation and future management of their assets. Dylan holds his Series 65 license as well as life licenses. Dylan’s educational background is in the field of Economics from Colorado State University.
Partner, Kuehne & Foote ERISA Specialist
Since 2005, Marcus Foote has compiled a databank of hundreds of companies for which he has performed QDROs and estimates approximately 2,000 executed QDROs. Marcus has been qualified as an expert in multiple Louisiana district courts for testimony regarding retirement plans. Marcus also serves as a consultant for attorneys throughout Louisiana advising in niche areas of community property and strategic planning, retirement plan valuations, preparation of retirement division orders, and military pension benefits.
In 2014, after years of executing QDROs for divorcing parties, he developed the concept and procedure for executing QDROs for couples who are married with no plans to separate or divorce. With the assistance and advice of several financial advisors, he and his team developed a nationwide practice assisting financial advisors and their clients access qualified funds to use in a variety of strategies.
Financial Planning & Tax Mitigation
In 1999 Veronica began her career in the financial sector on the securities side of the industry where she was Series 7 and Series 65 licensed. She moved to the life insurance side of the industry in 2005, working for a brokerage agency. Her journey on the life insurance side began in underwriting, assisting agents and their clients with obtaining the best possible offers by working hand in hand with the underwriters throughout the underwriting process. She then moved to the marketing side of the business, where she has been assisting agents by helping them to determine what is best suited for their clients based on both financial and medical information on hand.
Customer Service and Office Support
With over 15 years of customer service, management, mortgage, and banking experience, Megan left the world of banking to support Tactical Tax. She specializes in helping individuals in the financial world with a focus on communication, trust, and personalized service. Her career has been built on strong customer support, improving processes, and using technology to make banking easier and more efficient. She is passionate about service and clear communication with clients and co-workers. Megan assists our president with a focus on customer service and office support.
Retirement Tax Specialist, Federal Employees
Richard Brenner, a graduate of Lafayette College, with a B.A. in Economics and Business, has been assisting families with wealth preservation strategies for nearly 20 years.
Richards’ clients are appreciative of his financial expertise and the way he explains conservative options for the challenges of transitioning from working into retirement. He is passionate about helping others establish a clear plan for their future and provide security to their loved ones. The biggest concern people have in retirement is running out of money. Richard solves this issue.
