Andrew Auchincloss Victor has been in the financial services industry for 25 years, providing counsel in the areas of Tax-efficient Income Planning, Tax-efficient Asset Planning, Wealth Transfer, Estate Planning, and Business Tax and Succession Planning.
For more than 20 years, Andrew has worked with financial advisors to present their clients, clients’ attorneys, and accountants with complex and comprehensive solutions through succinct yet actionable guidance.
Andrew’s consultative approach helps clients explore areas of opportunity in their financial plan to reduce or even eliminate unnecessary taxation. He’s created a proprietary wealth development and management model which has helped hundreds of clients secure a solid financial plan while going through the process of ‘Divorcing the IRS’.
Andrew graduated from Harvard in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Government with a focus on Economics. Andrew and his wife Sarah have two sons, Jacob and Jack, and enjoy playing golf and tennis.

Dylan Mumm is a Financial Planner with extensive experience in the analysis of a wide array of financial positioning. An expert in the implementation of Structured Settlements, alternative assets, life insurance, and securities positioning, he has spent his career advising attorneys, advisors and their clients on the forecasting, implementation and future management of their assets. Dylan holds his Series 65 license as well as life licenses. Dylan’s educational background is in the field of Economics from Colorado State University.

Since 2005, Marcus Foote has compiled a databank of hundreds of companies for which he has performed QDROs and estimates approximately 2,000 executed QDROs. Marcus has been qualified as an expert in multiple Louisiana district courts for testimony regarding retirement plans. Marcus also serves as a consultant for attorneys throughout Louisiana advising in niche areas of community property and strategic planning, retirement plan valuations, preparation of retirement division orders, and military pension benefits.
In 2014, after years of executing QDROs for divorcing parties, he developed the concept and procedure for executing QDROs for couples who are married with no plans to separate or divorce. With the assistance and advice of several financial advisors, he and his team developed a nationwide practice assisting financial advisors and their clients access qualified funds to use in a variety of strategies.

In 1999 Veronica began her career in the financial sector on the securities side of the industry where she was Series 7 and Series 65 licensed. She moved to the life insurance side of the industry in 2005, working for a brokerage agency. Her journey on the life insurance side began in underwriting, assisting agents and their clients with obtaining the best possible offers by working hand in hand with the underwriters throughout the underwriting process. She then moved to the marketing side of the business, where she has been assisting agents by helping them to determine what is best suited for their clients based on both financial and medical information on hand.

As Tactical Tax’s attorney, Ciara Lister believes in three key pillars: planning, preparation, and prevention. A full-scholarship graduate of Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Fla., Lister began her law career as a Commercial Insurance Litigator in Boca Raton. She began seeing clients and her close friends struggle with the negative effects of probate proceedings, from dwindling inheritances to families destroyed by battles over money. This motivated her to change her focus to estate planning so she could help people avoid these issues before it was too late, rather than perform legal triage when the damage to families and their legacies had already been done.

Richard Brenner, a graduate of Lafayette College, with a B.A. in Economics and Business, has been assisting families with wealth preservation strategies for nearly 20 years.

Educated at the Prestigious Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Boston, Randy Cates has been in the video production business for over 30 years. An award-winning broadcast designer, speaker, trainer and contributing editor. He founded Computer Animation & Design, Inc. (NE) producing graphics and animation to corporate, commercial and broadcast clients. Randy was invited to consult on the development of CoSA After Effects (now Adobe After Effects), Adobe Premiere, Infini-D 3D and the Media 100 non-linear digital editing platform and was a beta site for each. Back when software was sold in a box, Randy’s work was featured on the packaging of Infini-D 3D and CoSA After Effects. Randy was a contributing editor to Videography Magazine for 5 years, writing about desktop production techniques and reviewing software. His work has been featured in AV Video and Millimeter magazines. When not sitting in front of a computer, Randy enjoys spending time at his Arizona ranch, entertaining his four grandsons, camping, hiking, biking and riding his motorcycle.
